Duck Liver & seasonal Game Pate finished with port, plum & lemon glaze, with dressed leaves.

Baby Gem leaves filled with Icelandic Prawns, creme fraiche & red peppers & topped with Smoked Salmon & chives.

Braised Duck Breast with a blackberry & Port sauce topped with crispy duck skin.

Roasted Wild Boar Tenderloin with a herbed crust & a creamy mulled cider sauce.

Grilled Trout Fillets with a creamy watercress & green lip mussel sauce.
