- once you're out of ballista ammo, scout for more on the deck - if he's coming from the front of the ship, wait until he jumps and his tail is about to fully dip into the sand. hit the dragonator then. - repeat until the final showdown. - if you feel like mining, you can get on him and may be grab a few hits at his blow hole (or bomb it)
i don't remember the details on the "fastest" victory, but here are some ideas. the basic approach is, as usual, stagger and finish off quickly. (i think i just used rav com sen, rav rav sen, com com com and rav rav com to do the deed.) you could start with sab syn sen to get protect on your characters and deprotect and/orpoison on ochu.
staggered joints for decking. by kevin faron (st louis, mo) on a 24' x 18' deck using 12' material running the 18' width is it better to stagger the joints or have all the joints on one side of the deck? if staggered, what is the offset 2', 4', 6'?

first off, buff using syn/med/med then switch to sab/sab/rav to poison him. early stage yomi uses his shield quite fast so no chance to stagger. once he starts using whirl wind, switch to sen formation to negate the damage, use med formation to heal then sab to poison him, once poisoned try to stagger him and go for it using com formation.
all the characters that don't pull out a weapon on their own use their school's basic movelist, so farming a certain school for sword attacks is a matter of fighting an enemy you know uses a particular school that doesn't naturally utilize a weapon.
hi - i have a deck that is in desparate need of replacing the deck boards. i've inspected the structure and it looks excellent. the deck is 21 ft 2 inches by 20 ft. the joists are on the on the 20 ft side meaning i need to accmodate 21ft 2 inch boards. the current boards are staggered 12 or 9ish ft boards that are butted up each other.
don't even bother using the stagger deck. you can unlock the style by using its dodge mechanic, and the moves by fighting people that use them. if you want to level the school, just equip the style along with your own combat deck and you'll still rank up. this is what i did. this. i have a mix of stagger and windfall but primarily stagger
